Mushroom Dip
Saute chopped cup mushrooms, crushed garlic and chopped
green onions in butter until soft. Allow to cool,
drain off excess liquid. Use pulse button on food
processor to process until finely chopped. Stir in
thick greek-style yoghurt, chopped parsley and a dollop
of Dijon mustard.
BBQ flats with tomato chilli

Saute finely granted giner and crushed garlic in
a little oil until aromatic. Add can diced tomatoes,
1/2 cup sweet chill sauce, juice 1 lemon and 2 tbs
brown sugar. Simmer until thick. Spoon over barbecue
flats and serve with crusty bread. YUM!!
Five Spice stir-fry
Stir-fry halved button mushrooms, thinly sliced red
capsicum, chopped broccolini and thinly sliced red
onion until mushrooms are almost tender. Combine a
little soy sauce, brown sugar, sweet sherry and Chinese
five spice and pour over the vegetables. Toss until
well coated. |
